Front undercover bolt missing?

Guys, I just did a ATF change yesterday, so we have to remove the underbody cover to get to the drain bolt, but when I slipped under the car I noticed the very front bolt and washer was gone (not the plastic thingy), does anyone know the part number by any chance, so that I can go pick one up at the dealer?
I checked online, but couldn't find the one I'm looking for, the resolution of the picture scan on most dealer web site is so bad, I couldn't locate it.
Is it this?
Thanks in advance~

You definetly can get it (or order it) at the dealer.

Figuring out exactly which bolt/clip/grommet it is ....

Thanks! looks like it's #16, should I just print it out and hand it to the parts department or do I have to give them the part number?

Personally, I give them the part number whenever possible.

+1 on giving part numbers, otherwise they look at you like you're stupid.

I gave them the part # on a o-ring for the PS hose and he looked really surprised and then asked if I knew what I was getting I guess cause I'm young
