Are you looking for help to install it or are you asking if it is worth doing?

Hmmm...strut tower bar, or front sway bar?

We already have a front "strut tower" bar.

Adding a strut bar to a car that doesn't have one will help. Adding a "better" one to a car that already has one like the TL is not worth the money except when you need the additional clearance for adjustable shocks.

A larger front swaybar will help in conjunction with a larger rear bar (non-type S models) but adding just a larger FSB will kill handling with tons of understeer.
