Front seat swap

I got an 04 tl and was wondering if I could swap out my tl seats with tsx ones I I would be a direct bolt on or would I have to do mods to the bracket

Idk if they would be direct fit but I love the fit and feel of the TL seats.

Okay any one selling tan color tl seats or got a solution to seats leather ripping ?
