Front/Rear Splash Guard (tiny review)

Pursuant to my drive in this morning (which is detailed in a Michelin stock tire review in the wheels/tires section of the forum), I was very pleased with how the splash guards performed...

There were several inches of snow on the road the entire 21 mile drive to work (20 or so of which is highway...)

Upon arriving at work, I took a walk around my car to see how it looked after its first long ride in any kind of weather. (I usually use my Blazer, but wanted to test the TL for real today...)

The doors behind the front guards and the rear panels behind the rear guards were surprisingly clean for such a long trip in awful weather. The guards did a great job of keeping stuff off of the car. They had gathered quite a nice iceberg of snow but it was easily dislodged with a LIGHT tap of the foot.

All in all, the guards on this car "work better" than ones I've had on other cars or some other ones I've noticed while driving. Just my quick ! if anyone was thinking about them. (Also, they don't stand out on my NBP which I also like...)

Wraith, the mud/splashguards do serve a purpose and some say it doesn't. Some say it doesn't look good, takes away the clean lines and so on. Others say it looks good and enhances the car. It's been debated on several threads but the bottom line is ..... it's purely a personal choice.
