Wondering if anybody has seen these or actually used one? I personally like the grille delete because I think it adds a more aggressive tone to the overall appearance of the TL.

yea, not like that though. A bunch of members did the work themselves.

They did practically the same thing the install instructions said: To install this grille,
it is required to remove the horizontal bar
behind the Acura emblem in the middle.
The molding must be cut out from the front bumper.
It is optional to replace the stock chrome hood trim
with this hood trim and have it painted
to match the body color.

You have to cut you bumper anyway. Plus you have to have it painted. I think it will be cheaper for you to do the work yourself.
