some momo backed into my car in my parking lot at work...it put just enough pressure on the front license plate holder(live in jersey) to put a f*&%ing hole in my bumper....does anyone know of a website or somewhere i could (tri-state area) to purchase a whole new front bumper assembly without going to the dealer?

The bumper doesn't come painted, so you will have to take it to a body shop. Check and see how much they want for the whole job, because if you bring your own bumper they will probably charge you more for painting, since they won't be making any profit on the bumper, so you may not be saving much.
