found a used AEM v2 for cheap

Hey I found a used in perfect condition aem v2 for 177 shipped! I think this is a great deal and I just wanted to see if you guys agree. It comes with everything and pn is 24-6110

You can also use simple green from my understanding. obviously dilute it in water, and run the same instructions as found on AEM's website.
