Found a salvage TL...is it a real aspec??

Found a salvage TL...is it a real aspec??
I was looking around on erepairables.com and came across this TL. I'm not 100% sure it's a real aspec. If it is, wouldn't be a bad idea to buy it at that price. What you guys think?..

it doesnt have the aspec badge and it doesnt look like it has the aspec steering wheel

I noticed the badge wasn't there but couldn't really see the steering wheel..
