Found a nice surprise this morning!

Was leaving for school and started driving down the road when I hear a cracking sound. What do ya know, the rear window is falling down piece by piece

. Apparently someone shot at my car since the cop saw the point of impact. Now gonna have a non-tinted rear window for a while LOL.

Well, since it looks like it hit on the far passenger side, I don't think it went into the interior of the car. I don't wanna really dig through the glass to try and find it either lol.

luckily the tint did its second job and that was holding the glass together

+1 i was gonna say that.. I had double tint (inside and outside)on my civic and I think it stopped the guy from breaking into my car. Think the guy was just looking for a smash and grab but there was no smash

It was mid day when this happened, I came out from work and found a shattered window still intact.

So my neighbor told me that she saw a car with teenagers in it drive by yesterday and heard some BB gun sounds. Her car had a bunch of dings on the side I guess. Damn teenagers with no respect!

Sucks man. But could have been worse.

What does a rear window cost? I'd guess they charge more since it has the defroster. Are you going to file a claim with insurance or pay out of pocket?
