So today for the first time I needed to fold down the rear seats in my TL-S...I quickly came to find that the seats DON'T fold down to allow access from the trunk!

This is a really poor design comming from Acura and spending nearly $40k on a sedan.

 

Hmm... even the old generation TLs, the seats don't fold down. It will be helpful if they do, but I don't think the TL was design to carry large cargo.
