PIAA's are just plain overpriced (in bulbs)... with little gain for the money. Thier aftermarket fog systems are excellent.

Most folk are using tinted halogens, like "luminics", search ebay.

I went with a 3000K HID (9006) retrofit kit, cheapo form ebay, (about $150)... and it's super hot.

They do... Mine didn't seal, and casue a headlight to fog over. It 2 weeks to dry out.
Honestly, all yellow bulbs suck. The yellow film reduces the already limited light output.

Trust me, go with a 3000K HID setup.

Where did you put the ballasts for the HID fogs?

In the the fenderwells with big honkin zip ties. Zip tied to the metal bracket that supports the front quaterpanel point... right above the fenderliner at about 3 oclock as you look at the right wheel.
