Fog lights

I know this has probably been answered a million times but I just want a true answer. But will these fog lights fit an 05 bumper

Ok with y'all answering the question with yes. I Ant to know if I get the 50 06 Aspec lip will I be able to put 07 foglights on to that lip? Without to much hassle
