I just bought a pair of fog light housing (H8 blub) to install it on my 06 TL but it doesn't come with any harness/ wiring. I went on ebay and searched but too manything came up and confused me. Can anyone show me what harness i need to buy to install it.

 

No need to buy a harness. Wire it yourself. All you need is a fog light relay (30 amps), 20 amp fuse, maybe a switch or use the oem light switch, wires, connectors.

Get a 4 pin relay not a 5 pin as in pic. Using pic for wiring not the relay. You can use a 5 but you will need to cover the middle pin.

No need for 2nd fuse at lamp. The car's lamp is already fused.

Everything stay under the hood near battery except the switch wire. That goes in the cabin to the switch.

Pin #87/30 wire gauge -12 or 14.

Pin #85/86 wire gauge - 16 or 18.









Use the oem fog light switch if you have it on your master light switch.

Connect the cabin switch wire to pin #5.
