Fog Light Question???

I just purchased my first TL. I've always drove Accords so it was time for an upgrade. My TL is a 2007. I was wondering if anyone knows how to isolate the fog lights from the headlights so I can run them alone with the parking light?

On the 07, the fogs are below the bumper.
