Floor Mats

I'm looking to replace my Acura floor mats with some type of inclimate weather floor mats. I don't particularly care for the Acura all rubber floor mats. I'm looking for mats that have a combination of rubber and carpeting. I live in Dallas so the weather doesn't get too terribly bad in the winter. Does anyone know of a particular website that offers such without it costing a arm and a leg?

WeatherTech makes a heavier carpeted mat with a rubber backing.

Do they have special cut-off in order to fit in driver side? Our gas pedal's bottom is hinged.

The picture on the WeatherTech website APPEAR to be cut in the proper dimensions.

Also, it notes that the rear mats are 'cut to fit'. They look to be all rubber (no carpet), but you can get them in Black, Grey, or Tan.

I have a complete set (front/2nd row/rear) of Nifty Cargo Mats in my SUV. They have rubber on the bottom & carpeted on top, so when they need cleaning all you you do is take them out and hose them down. They're great, but you need to take some measurements to get something close to your TL's dimensions because they're mostly made for SUV's.

Here's the link to the WeatherTech carpeted floor mats. Good luck.

I bought some Berber ones from AutoSport that have stood up to the rain and general use very well, and do not have the horrible look, feel, and smell of the WeatherTech stuff. I have Camel, and the stock mats looked terrible after 3 days - the WeatherTech mats I bought were a poor color match, and I returned them for credit.

I did like the heavy duty headlight appliques they make out of 3M urethane - they are invisible, tough, and will supposedly protect those expensive headlights from rocks and abrasion - 2 months and they look as new.

I hate that hinged gas pedal. I have always used floor mats on top of my factory floor mats in all my cars. But for the TL I had to swap the driver side and passenger side aftermarket mats. So now the passenger side has part carpet\rubber instead of the driver side.

Also, It is difficult to get any of the MOMO pedals due to this hinged type gas pedal.

I have a set of Weathertec mats. The driver side was hand cut to fit the gas pedal. I was expecting it be machine formed all around. It fits fine and the rubber was top notch.
