Flbusa Does Not Make Keys Anymore! *look*

Ok it's official. Pete is no longer selling keys. Got my refund a little bit ago. Here is what his comment was on the refund.

FLBusa.com (kratschp@yahoo.com) has issued you a full or partial refund for your payment.

Message from merchant: Sorry for any inconvenience... I am no longer machining and/or selling keys.
Pete

I just went to his webpage..Here is what was posted

News... 6/9/2008

Sorry folks but I currently do not have access to the equipment required to machine keys.

As a result I have to close up shop for a while.

I'm entertaining the idea of selling the switchblade business and I will respond to any reasonable offer.

Please email me at flbusa@flbusa.com if you're interested.

Pete

So anyone that wants a milled key. Get them from www.oaklandacura.com

From another post I read were someone said they got their keys from FLBUSA..so I'm not sure how this will affect their key stock. Glad I got 2 from oakland acura when I could. Hope this helps.

Is $199+tax a good price?? If I live in IL, can I mail my spare set of keys/remote in?

yes oaklandacura.com is who has them now. 199.00 is the price for it programmed and cut..which isn't bad if you live near Oakland CA.

just buy the key from oakland acura for 115.00 plus like 6 bucks shipping and then take it to your dealership to program and cut the key.

Acura TL accessories and parts don't come cheap. I think there was a guy that posted in a thread I started a WTB acura key. He said he had one for $85 shipped. See if you can find that thread in the Black market forum
