He approves and I plan on doing it soon. Everyone says its easy to get the bumper off so ill give it a try. Take the grill apart and do it right.

Well I did my first mod today, I debadged the rear of the car. Looks great and was very easy. But best of all I took the bumper off just to prove to my dad that I could do it, I wouldnt say it was easy but it wasnt as bad as I thought.

CLtotherTL, what did you have to do to get ur emblem black? I know paint lol I mean how does it come off and how does it go back on

^I had never messed with my grill before doing this, so I could be wrong, but once you take the bumper off, push the center bar forward by undoing a few clips on the back of the grill. There are some screws here and there of course to separate everything. The circle thing that holds the emblem on, there are two small ass screws deep in there that need to be removed and then the emblem should pull out.

I could be wrong though. I did my grill over a month ago

if you can take ur bumper off taking grille off will be a piece of cake just poke around get everything unclipped and pull it off from the front

nice wheels for sale CLtotheTL32... I also have a white tl and looking to either clear out the headlights n etc or blacken them out... but nice car

It was bought for me but im paying for my own gas and insurance, which i dont think i need to tell you how much that is for an 18 year old. I just had my car into acura for timing belt chatter and they have to put some kind of shim in so iv gotta take it back in a week.

I did my grill about 2 months ago in my garage. Flat black with gloss black emblem. It took me most of the day because of drying time and such. I spent $25 on supplies.



It really doesn't look at ghetto as I thought it would.
