Feeler Thread on Badging
I was wondering if putting two "S" badges (like the one on the trunk) under the two front side markers would be a good idea? I like how the 350Z, Z4, and the IS-F have it there but don't know if the TLS can pull it off tastefully.

just photochop it and see for yourself. I wouldn't do it, I hate badges. And it might make you look like an asshole "LOOK AT MY TYPE-S, I NEED A WHOLE BUNCH OF BADGES TO SHOW ALL YOU I HAVE A TYPE-S" haha That's what I usually think when I see someone with a lot of badges on their car, like they are trying to prove something.
Don't do it its over kill and doesn't look right, i did do a really quick photoshop for you though so at least you get an idea. I put it above the side marker though because below the marker the door gets in the way or it would be too far foward.
Tacky and ricey...we have a Acura TL(or type-s), not a sentra spec-v, nor civic si...its luxury sports car for the most part. Only if you have the type-s should you keep the factory badges. We have a reputation to defend on our TLs.

Ferrari does it-are you going to tell Enzo that it's too much????
And don't give me the "well, it's a Ferrari" line of crap either.....
Wanna see what it really looks like?

Lambo does Lambo doors, would you tell them those are out of place on their cars? Would they be out of place on a Civic?

As with everything else, it is personal taste. For some things the board generally unites on a single opinion. On others we are split. In all cases, it is your car and ultimately up to you. I personally think it would look cluttered and I prefer the clean lines of the car. For example, removing the body side moldings.

It really isn't my place to provide pics of somebody else's car.
But, if you wanted to click on a certain moderators TL-S, you might be able to start counting......

The car in question is about a hundred times nicer than mine. This is just a personal preference thing, and an example relevant to this thread. I'm actually coming around on his Acura logo'd valve stem caps....

I just meant to keep factory badges. Dont add badges if your car didnt come with them. Dont keep adding like the spec-v pic showed. Didnt mean to imply the factory civic si or spec-v were bad. Its tacky when you start adding more than what came with the car thats all. and Yes...its a ferrari...lol...who cares about a badge at that point.
