Faulty odometers: Honda and Acura Class class action suit

Honda and Acura are being sued due to faulty odometers that show an incorrect number of miles use on the vehicle - it shows the mileage as being higher than it actually is. This means that your vehicle may appear to be out of warranty sooner than it was (which may have cost you money in repairs that could have been covered by the warranty). If you have a lease you could have paid mileage charges for excess miles when you shouldn't have.
