Fallen Headliner

I just noticed that the headliner on my four month old TL has fallen. It fell from the area in the center of the ceiling, just behind the moonroof. I was shocked to see that it was held on with double stick tape. I even more double stick tape there to fix it, but it fell again. Has anyone else had this problem?
