Faded headlight

Have tried some of the repair/polishing remedies, and think that my headlight is too far gone. Has anyone looked into an aftermarket replacement option?

the aftermarket headlights wont have the same quality lens in the projector, however, if you're just looking for a cheap replacement that has the brand new clear coat finish, try looking for the DEPO aftermarket units.

If you're really focused on budget, then DEPO might be a good alternative. Otherwise, I recommend taking a peek on eBay for a quality used one first. Sometimes you can find some good steals.

Great tip!!

most of the time; the ebay sellers are junk yards...
Visit Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market to find local junk yards with the parts you want and then you can save even more on shipping and possible price haggling

Yup, for sure! I bought a perfectly used 2007-08 headlights for $200/headlight including the ballasts. The eBay seller was a junk yard in North Carolina I believe. Good luck OP
