I was washing my 05 TL in Nighthawk Black and was looking at the front bumper a little closer today. It looks like the front bumper paint is not as smooth as the hood or fender. Very slight orange peel effect. Just wondering if this is on all TL?? of did someone not prep the bumpers surface very well before being painted.
