Factory Black Out Kit?
Check out this auction for a "Limited Edition" Aspec.
04 Aspec Limited Edition
First, I'm not buying the car, and true, I own an 05 so I'm not sure, but I had never heard of any '04 "Limited Edition" with "factory blackout" kit. Is this real or is this a scam? Looks like some schmuck just depadged it and shot the rest with Rustoleum.

There is nothing "limited edition" about it. Someone just painted all the trim. A few members have done this on the board. Not my taste but it still looks cool. I think the contrast with the silver/chrome pieces looks good.
They just put that there to get more interest in their car.

Make MyTL Great Again
"It also has steering wheel buttons for the audio, cruise control and voice-recognition functions."
Interesting since its a non-navi...so all you have is HFL, not voice rec.

I think the dead giveaway here is the ghetto house behind the car.
I must admit I do like the custom paint on the grill and body kit (perhaps this is what makes it limited edition)

The blacked-out grill and rear logo/license plate trim look cool. I have the same NHB and I've been planning on doing that as well (actually thinking about going with the same grey color at the bottom of the A-Spec front and rear trim). But why do they go to all that trouble and leave the tacky dealer sticker on the rear???
Also, IMHO the front would look much better with cleared headlights. For my project I thought that since you need to remove the front bumper for the grill paint job, might as well take out the headlights and tackle the clearing project. But there is something frightening about placing my headlights in an oven!

I believe that it is a "Limited Edition". It's Limited by not having a navigation system.
Don't buy it, save your money, and get one with a NAV. You will be so much happier.... No offense to those of you who don't have it.
I agree with tim1217, somebody went through the trouble of cleaning up the outside of the car ( removing badges) and this dealer sticks his retarded sticker on it..

damn $33K, 9K+ miles and non navi and it's a 2004. i'd be surprised if someone bid. and who knows if it's the full a-spec package. like chill_dog said, where's the a-spec steering wheel and how do we know if it has the a-spec suspension. looks more like it's just the aero kit and rims to me. don't think a-spec suspension will lower that car as much as the pic shows.
