EZ Lip cheaper than anywhere!!!!

Whoa did this thread really turn into an sti lip thread? hahaha
For the record you dont have to cut out the entire back end of the lip like the above white TL had done. Looks great on the TL, until like another user stated, I noticed the big gap.
1. That owner cut out half the lip
2. You only HAVE to cut the ends that stick into the wheel well
3. Give the OP his thread back
4. Make profit.

Yeeeeah I dont think he was talking about the ez lip.
Not my pictures but this was the thread that gave me the idea and had me realize it was very very easy to do.
Mock it up and it will probably stick out into the wheel wells.
You just bolt it straight to the underside using the screws provided or anything youd rather use.
Step back and if it looks good then take it off and cut off the ends.
If it doesnt stick out far enough reinstall it how you see fit.
Once you are ready just hack it off. Looks like this guy didnt even take the lip off to do the cut.

And here is my final.

Not with the winglets. Find the one without the winglets in my opinion.
Chances are you car will be just too wide and the winglets will be touching the body and probably being pushed out because of it. Thats what I see from the civic guys rocking that lip.

and i am wondering the same thing. I looked at the bottom of my 05 base bumper and it doesnt appear it will bolt right up based on the ebay pics. But it wouldnt be too hard to drill a few holes on the lip where the stock bumper already has them.

That's what I figured Id do. it's not like anyone's going to see the bottom of the bumper and the sti lip being so light since it's made of polyurethane I doubt you would need any other support beside the screws that come with it. I'm still doing a little research on a couple of them and am actually waiting on a few emails with size specs to see what would be a good fit.

No STI lip will be bolt on with any of our cars. You would have to drill some holes to line them up. Some holes might line up but others won't. This is an easy DYI project though, so don't be scared to drill new holes.

EZ lip could look good, but bad experience.
I love the look on mine. Except for it's been less than 3 weeks of it on and it's starting to already come off.
This is the message I got after telling them

I'd love to see this on a base bumper, it has me extremely curious! i have been looking for an alternate look outside of the A-spec lip kit and so forth. i have a lot more to go before it would look actually proper on TK (yes I've named her Takara which means treasure, dont judge haha).
