Rather than post this in the wash and wax section where most people already know of Exceldetail (one of the forum spnsors) I decided to post here to give him a little more exposure.

I just wanted to let everyone know he's been very helpful in working with me to break my Porter Cable cherry. He supplied me with the pads I needed and when my order was slipped up he quickly sent out the correction free of charge. Great customer service, great products, and he can and is willing to give out advice to all us amatuers.
