Excellent paint quality on Ebay spoiler!

I purchased and recieved a winf spoiler from Trimking on Ebay and the paint quality is excellent! It matches in color perfectly. The only thing it may be the paint quality is too good, they use BASF paint and color sand and buff it out so there is literally no orange peel in the paint much (smoother reflections) better that the TL's paint job. Anyone considering the paint quality of this spoiler need not be concerned!

I just ordered a deck lid spoiler also from Trimking on Ebay for my 2004 White Diamond Pearl TL. I am kinda worried now that it is held on by 3M tape. Any similar experiences? I am thinking it will not last long, probably going to have to send it back unless I hear otherwise. I really dont feel like paying $595 for the dealer installed one. Any help would be appreciated. Yendor, did yours require drilling?

3m Spoiler Tape

JNo, I too worried about that tape but the way I see it is you don't have to go drilling your car and you pay like 1/4th the dealer price. Do your measurements correctly, make a template from freezer tape*. Install it in a warm area and let it sit warm for a night with loads of weight on it, yours will work as well as mine has. What's the worst that can happen? QR * I measure it laying there off of some point, and place it with the tape removed.

My TL is anthracite gray and as mentioned before the match is great. the color match is much closer that the A-spec body kit I installed. If only the rest of the TL had the same quality paint as the trinmking spoiler!
