Engine Swap Failure

I have an 05 Tl with a Honda accord Baya transmission that was swapped 2-3 years ago with no issues. I recently finished an engine swap on using a donor Honda odyssey engine (j35A6). Everything is put together fluids and all but for some reason the car wont start. It wont crank whatsoever all I hear is the sound of electricity sparking if that makes sense and for some reason I can't see what gear the car is in all though I am able to shift to all gears and I know the car somewhat registers the gear changing because when placed in reverse my mirrors move. Im at a lost for what might be the causation so far I've tried two different batteries and double checking to make sure all 4 ground wires are set. anyone with experience or insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
