Engine bay cover fasteners

Ok so you know those shitty plastic things that hold the engine covers in place that have a phillips screw on top. When I took my engine covers off like almost all of these were stripped and I had to pry them out. I don't want to put the same crappy oem ones back in. Has anyone found a suitable replacement? I tried pep boys but could not really find anything...I am looking for one that just pops up like the 2 bigger ones that are in the radiator cover. Hope somebody knows what I am talking about here, anyone who has taken there engine covers off knows how crappy these things are lol

Go on www.acuraoemparts.com

You can buy the screw in ones for $0.24 each. The otherones are a bit more, but also cheap. I don't have a part number, but go to the bumper for a 3G TL and you just pick out the part in the picture.

I ordered 20 of them as these break all the time and I've already lost some in the trunk

Thanks for the reply, I have a friend who works at the dealership near me so I can get those oem screw in types but those ones are so crappy and they strip so easily. I was hoping to get something that can be easily removed and put back in a few times over. With the screw in ones they strip and you have to pry them out. Its very annoying, I am talking to a guy at a body shop right now and he is gonna find me some better clips hopefully.
