End of the month - best time to buy Acura car?
It's end of the month and I the itch to buy a new car, particularly, 2006 model, is persisting. Do you think dealers will give a good deal, particularly the 2006 TL as 2007 TL will be released next month? What price should I expect for a 2006 TL with navi ? Thanks.

Three Wheelin'
$31,500 is a good price with navi and no options.
Do yourself a favor and call the internet sales manager over the phone and talk price with a few dealers before you go in.

I've got a local dealer in my area that quoted me the following:
TL AUTO w/Nav $29,970
TL Manual w/Nav $30,100
Of course these are only for cars that are in stock.
I'm trying to hold out to see what the '07 TL-S is like, but they're starting to make it rather difficult to wait.

With a nearly $10k differential between the auto/nav price and the 2007 TL-S, I don't see the point in waiting. I'm not sure the 2007 TL-S is $10k better than this offer.

Are you sure? That more looks like the price you would pay wo/ Navi. If it is true, you better get it while the offer stands!

I'm also looking to buy an Acura today. Lowest quote I got in Miami area is TL 30,985 & TSX 26,890 both w/ nav. before tax, tags, dealer fees. freaken all these dealers say they got $599 dealer fees...BS if you ask me.
As a current TSX SS04 6MT w/ nave owner, I'm leaning more towards the TL as I like the bigger size and surprisingly cheaper insurance cost.
I'm thinking 06 TL OTD w/ nav price of 31k. Is that crazy or should it be more like 32k?

I went back and checked the email that I got and the prices are as I wrote them. But you're right, they are before TTL. They didn't quote any specials on the TL (non-nav), but I'm sure if they have any left, they will be working on cutting deals. This sales month goes throught 10/02 according to the salesman.
Unfortunately, I'm not in the position I want to be to pull the trigger right now, so I'm probably ultimately looking at spending the premium for the TL-S since I want a manual transmission. I'm looking at the spring for the purchase, so hopefully they will have come off of MSRP by then.
