Ebay Front lip

Does anyone have this ebay lip installed? I would like to see how it would look on the TL. I was looking for an ASPEC lip and stumbled on this. Let me know what are you thoughts on it.

i saw one guy sell one before in BM. I would recommend just getting an aspec lip since it looks better and will probably be cheaper in the end since it's 230 after bing on ebay.

with this ebay lip, you'll need to get it paint matched and that can cost 75-100 or more.

Check the picture gallery...i think someone posted a TL with the same lip on...but i think that was about 3-4 months ago, i'm not sure. But there is a picture of this somewhere.

My ...it doesn't compliment the TL, then again...that's just me. It's your ride...do what you think looks good in your "eyes"! Good luck with your search, bro.

There are also these kits, but not really feeling the overall flow. Maybe if they were painted but I doubt it

The first one reminds me of the mugen prototype that never came out.. I wonder if the guys getting turbo are going to get these bumpers since they are open in the middle.. im curious to see what they look like painted.

the frist ones bumper isnt too bad but you would have to use that chicken wire mesh every and that looks horrible.

The second one is just ugly.

There's always other grille options instead of that chicken wire, I've seen some decent wire grilles in many patterns. I don't like that chicken wire either.

is there a place where you could get stock like honeycomb? It just looks 100% better than most options.

There are a few options. You can simply buy the oem grille and modify it to fit but I think you'll need the fog lights. there are a few threads about this so have a look around, others on the board have done it.

There are metal options available here... http://www.customcargrills.com/products.asp?id=1
I've never purchased from this vendor so I am not familiar with service or quality, however it does illustrate a few options. Use the selection bar on the left of the page to select different universal grille designs.

me, I'm looking for something like this in an abs but cannot find a vendor who can get it.

Just think about this: Are you going to buy a cheap eBay lip on your luxury car, or buy a factory kit that keeps the luxury look of the car along with some "sporty" look?
