Driver Seat... Normal Op or Not?

The driver seat of my '06 TL became loose a couple of weeks ago, so I took it to the dealer for them to tighten it up. I think there was a bulletin out on the problem my seat was experiencing.

Then yesterday I was adjusting the tilt of my driver seat up and down to find a new comfortable position and noticed that the right side of the seat starts moving up or down about a half second sooner before the left side. I can't remember if this is how my seat was before the dealership worked on it, or not. Can you guys confirm whether or not this is normal operation or did the tech at the dealer torque something a little to much, or too little? Does the motor that operates the tilt function only move a lever on only one side of the seat to lift the whole seat?

Thanks for you help in advance.

Sounds like something is off track, it should lift all sides equally... could be a crappy motor? What did they replace exactly at the stealership?

I think all they had to do was replace a washer and tighten a bolt or two.
