Does your dealer stamp your service book?
Just curious about this. The folder of manuals that comes with the TL includes a maintenance journal (I think of it as the "service book") that the dealer is supposed to stamp each time your car is serviced. Mine never gets stamped, even if I leave it on the passenger's seat.
I don't much care because I save all my service records anyway (and they provide a lot more detail than the service book does), but I'm just curious whether stamping the book is the exception or the rule.

But not. Oh well not a really big deal at all. I too save the paper records. They never asked to stamp the book.

My TL only sees the dealer service department for any warranty work. Any routine maintenance is done by an independent who charges much less and does better work.
No, my independent doesn't put anything in the maintenance book; however, I do keep all receipts/invoices.
