Does this front lip fit the Type S?

Looks like the type s front, but without the top part that goes around the fog lights.

3rd pic down (white TL):

Is this their own lip or Acura's?

The silver one below that looks interesting too, anyone have it?

What other choices do we have? I havent seen many...

Its an 07/08 Base aspec lip. But get an OEM one. Don't get a replica, they are fiberglass and don't come painted.

That lip will NOT fit the Type S. Just go get the Type S A-SPEC lip that is OEM. It will fit better, come painted and look really killer. I have the Type S on mine, the difference between the two you ask... The Type S bumper: The hole to the fog light on the bumper goes to a point at the top. The Base model 07/08: The holes to the fog light on the bumper goes down to a point at the bottom. The picture above is a 07/08 Base as stated.

Damn you guys are fast - thx!

Acura604 - yup, thats the one.

I'm sure I'll end up with the type s kit. Just wish there were more options, sometimes the type s front looks good, sometimes looks weird how it wraps around the fogs and sticks out. I think I just need to get used to it.

The car is jptls04 or something of that name, i cant remember.
sarona used his pics for their ad. No one ever confirmed if it was indeed for a tl-s or a base though.

and ditto to the guy above me and the one above him.
the base does fit over th tl-s with very little modification (or none?) itll result in a "round" foglight area. Or you can mod it to fit the tl-s to keep the angled look. I did this with the 04-06 a-spec on my tl-s bumper.

The 07-08 base lip fits the type s with no modifications; just elbow grease. However, its only lightly modify due to the angle of the fog light housing.

The 04-06 base lip does require modification i.e. the entire fog light housing and the curve point where it attaches to the rear of the front bumper. Albeit, no one really mess with the curve point as it suffices well enough.
