Does the 04TL still share platform with the USDM Accord?

The last generation CL&TL shared the same platform with the USDM Accord.

What's the new 2004 TL share its platform with, if anything? Is it now separate from the USDM Accord? I was under the impression it is its own thing now.

If you actually know (no guesses) someone please explain which Honda/Acura cars share platforms and which don't.

Thanks.
