Do you do extra maintenance other than what is recommended?
I have an '06 TL M/T with almost 60000 miles on it. I was reading what I should do at this point and it is not much....oil - brake fluid flush - tire rotate - both air filters. Do you guys do anything else in between? I might do the seafoam thing soon also. I have a 4runner as well and the list is long but it is every 30K and I know exactly what to do. Maybe I have OCD but I don't want to screw anything up by getting off track on the maintenance computer nor spend any money where I don't need to, but if it helps then let me know. I have looked around but haven't found a thread about all of it. What about.....
Plugs?
Wires?
Coolant?
Tranny Fluid?
Anything else?

Spark Plugs at 105k.
Wires? None needed to fix.
Coolant? Recommended, but usually every 60k for me.
Tranny Fluid? First at 20k than 5k after that, than 20k after than 5 after that and so on.
Oil changes.
Out of all listed, I think the transmission fluid is the most important just because our transmissions aren't bulletproof or even close. Typical tire rotation, balance, alignment, brake/transmission fluid flush, oil change (if needed) are the only things you need to do at 60k. Air filter/Cabin Filter are good to do also, but not mandatory. The only true tune up you need to do occurs at 105k miles which you have to change water pump, timing belt, tensioners, plugs, fluids, etc...

He drives a manual. You certainly don't need to change MT fluid every 20k/5k...
