Do I have an A-Spec??
Just picked up a 2005 TL, love the car so far. It has the Aspec body kit, is there any way to see if I also have the Aspec suspension? It feels pretty stiff(I have a Viper GTS, this seems fairly close to the same level of stiffness). Car handles very well and is a pleasure to spend time in.

Only way to tell is to read one of the shocks.
They're easily read if you take off a wheel or turn your wheel all the way.
My part number labels were facing toward the car.

Then post that shock's part number on here so we can investigate

Another way to make a good guess it to compare side-by-side to a stock TL. If yours sits about 3/4" lower, it's got A-Spec susp.

An inch or more lower, it's got something after-market.

Another way is look at your steering wheel compared to a regular TL. Yours with be noticeably thicker.

Easy way to tell if your car was originally equipped with the Aspec package is to just look at the steering wheel. The shocks might have been replaced at some point but not many people would swap the steering wheel.

Does your steering wheel look like this with blue stitching also? If so, you have a a-spec

My GTS is a 2001. My steering wheel looks to be a standard one, so I am guessing the original owner added the body kit and suspension to the base TL. I would love to have the Aspec steering wheel though, looks nice!!
