I've used Dent Wizard on three different vehicles. They did a GREAT job - you'd never know there were dents (as long as the paint isn't damaged). They get their tools behind the dent and push it out, then tap it smooth from the surface. If they can't get behind it, they can't fix it.
I think they charge about $50 per dent, two for $75, something like that. If you've got a few, you can bargain with them - I did!
Make sure your technician is experienced - not right out of 'dent' school.

do they have location in nyc?
also i'm assuming they have to ram something into the window crack to fix adent on the door...any need to worry, will they stretch out the rubber molding or anything??

it depends on where the dent is.
i had a few removed on my IS300. a couple times they went in through the top, and once he went in through the side.. where the wires for the power windows and locks go in. it might look scary.. but has never caused any additional damange to my cars.
the best thing is to go inside and have a beer while they do their stuff.
