Different Fluids Change Intervals

Different Fluids Change Intervals
What's a good estimate of how often the following fluids be changed for our TLs?
- Engine Oil
- Automatic Transmission Fluid
- Water in Radiator
- Brake Fluid
- Power Steering Fluid
- Engine Coolant (not sure about this one, but I figure I'll put it out there)
Also, should the engine air filter be changed every 20K miles? I don't think the MID lets you know what it should be changed.
I just want to get around 200K miles from my car, so I want to make sure I'm doing everything right to make that possible...thanks in advance.

The car tells you when to change your oil, it goes by the miles you have actually on your current fluid, you might find it necessary to change your oil or transmission fluid sooner than suggested. For instance the car suggests changing your oil every 6500mi, but some of us might see the oil is a bit to dirty at 3000mi and change it then. Also some people change their transmission fluid more often than others because it helps maintain the transmission. The manual only suggests the maximum amount of mileage the car should do on it's current fluids.

If you were to change the trans fluid using the gen2 method of 3qts 3 times
drain refill drive drain once a year- you would be ahead of the game.
Flush the brake fluid once a year too- moisture gets in there= bad things happen to expen$$$$$$$$$$ive parts
Do a practice brake job by removing all the parts- use brake caliper grease where the rotor slips onto the hub- or in a few years you will be sorry to find corrosion has stuck it on solid!
the axle hub where the wheel rim contacts in another place to use caliper grease
Go by the severe service schedule in the book if you live on EARTH
