Differences between US TL and Canada TL?

these are some of the things i noticed on my 06 tl
1. no fog light..instead we got Day time running light
2. No XM = NO roof antenna
3. km/h vs mp/h
And we pay higher price..despite strong Canadian dollar..we still pay based on old exchange rate
