If you can find 07, go for it, I couldn't find it my area.
I believe they added a few colors with parchment interior and possibly updated the Navi, and some suggest they've fixed the rear suspension for rattle.
But, it's 99% same =]

one more difference: 08's are new.
manufacturers always update every single model every year, even though it is invisible to the naked eye. its thinks like a bigger oil pan, a faster moving power seat, maybe the optional stereo can go louder, stuff like that, that doesnt need to be posted every year

TL features numerous refinements for the 2008 model year. Externally, the TL has two new paint color options: Polished Metal Metallic and Bold Beige Metallic. Inside, TL's with White Diamond Pearl or Carbon Bronze Pearl paint are now available with Parchment interior trim. The Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition has been upgraded to include Hawaii. The AcuraLink with satellite communication has an updated real-time traffic system that now includes 76 metropolitan markets-an increase of 32 markets for 2008. Vehicle security has been increased with an updated immobilizer system.
