I live in an apt. bldg and the parking lot is covered by acorn trees. Great... so I have a few little dings on the roof... no big deal, but today I was looking @ my car's hood from a distance and my 1st reaction was HOLY SH*T! Where the hell did that come from?! I have about a 1.5 inch (in diameter) dent on the left side of my hood. I searched forums for dent fixes but I havent found one that has a place u can take it to get it fixed.. I'm a perfectionist, so this bugs the CRAP out of me... anyone know where I could go to get this fixed (aside from stealerships) in the NYC/L.I. area?

Don't know if this helps, but a couple of years ago I used a paintless dent removal company (DentWizard?) for a dent about the size if a silver dollar in my door. The work was amazing, it was done in about 2 hours and you would never kow it was there. They are a mobile company and have affiliations with dealerships, car washes etc. The one I used was done through the Volvo dealership in Rockville Center in Nassau county. They met me there, I went for breakfast and stuff and in a couple of hours they were done. Cost me about $125 or so if I remember right. Good Luck!

Used a company called American Dent Repair this past year on my '04 for a ding to the lower left rear quarter panel. Did a GREAT job. www.americandentrepair.com. I'm in Suffolk County and they came out to me same day on a Saturday.

this helps.. thanks. My cousin has a Honda Accord sedan (he was gonna get the TL, but he's not a sporty driver, thus... the Accord lol) and he went to Honda to get his fixed. They charged him the cost of the outside company PLUS their "dealership fees" on top of it... ridiculous. My dent is roughly the size of a golf ball, if not a LITTLE bigger... and so far no one has noticed it, but I KNOW ITS THERE, and it bugs me! What bugs me even more is idk what caused it. I can only assume

You're very welcome. Give this guy a shot--he takes a lot of pride in his work and took his time to do a fine job on my car. I think you'll be happy with his work and his price was fair. The dealership was out of control with their "estimates" over the phone. There was a big mark-up. I don't think I paid more than about $100 or so and I can once again look at my car without ONLY seeing that dent! Good luck to you and your TL.
