I just got my lip for my trunk which i bought off a member here...how do i install this by myself..it came with two screws already in the lip.....how do i mark my trunk where i will have to drill the holes....

 

You'd need a mounting template, new spoiler usually come with one, call your local acura dealer and ask them for the mounting hardware for the lip as the template is only available with the mounting hardware and can not be had by itself AFAIK.

 

is the mounting template the black metal long piece....sorry im a noob at this....if it is it came with it...can somebody guide me to how i would use that...

 

I think the black metal thingee might be the heavier trunk springs, template is made out of paper.

 

you'll also want to get some double sided 3M auto body tape. i got some at napa when my lip spoiler started to come loose last year.
