Deciding on new bulbs

Hello,

I have read many of the threads regarding new headlight bulbs. I still cannot choose between 6000k and 6500k of Kaixen HID bulbs from Excellerate. If anyone has any input that would sway me to one side , please do it. The reason I am not sure is beacuae although 6000k is most popular , I still think on my ABP that hint of purple would look nice. I just don't want too much of purple. Thank you in advance.

5000 are closest to stock 4300 and offer the most light on the road
6000 is the highest I would go, anything more and you lose white light on the road surface
call josh and see if he still gets 5000s

Its really up to personal preference and what you want. If you like the bluish color or purplish color than going the higher temps, but you are losing some light output...but to me... after driving with regular halogens for ages before HIDs became mainstream and popular... losing a bit of light with a color i like is not a problem.

I picked up a set of the Philips Ultinon 6000K's and I could not be happier. Super white and not too blue at all. One thing I cannot stand is cars that have 8000K-12000K bulbs. Can you even see anything unless it is white and glowing?

I have the kaixen 6000k's from excelerate and I LOVE THEM!
I dont think the 6500k will look too purple, you will get a hint more purple but it shouldnt be too noticable if you arent trying to match anything like fogs or drl's
