Debadge or not?
Okay, okay, okay, my turn from the newbie!!lol. I say leave the badging on. Be proud to drive an Acura. On the other hand, if you bought a Chevy, Ford or Chrysler product, DE-BADGE THE F*CKER!! Disguise it as much as possible. haha.
i've owned my tl-s for almost a year now and was going back n forth about the debadge idea.
i decided to do it this past weekend and i think it looks great debadged. one "A" up front and one "A" out back. looks clean.

Yeah I am keeping the A. I might keep the TL and get rid of the Acura badge. When I get my aspec kit I am going to get rid of the TL and install the aspec badge.
Kind of offtopic but does anyone know where to get a Acura TL plate frame?

Most guys here will say debadge. I took off the word "ACURA" and moved the "TL" over to where the "ACURA" used to be. I left the Type S badge where it originally was. For me , the logo in the middle says Acura. Don't need the word to tell someone where the car comes from....

JP, I'm not sure if I totally agree with this, because if someone see's your car, and they really like it, they might say, "Wow, tha's a good looking car. I'd love one of those myself. What is that?" If it says "TL" on it, that will give them some hint. There are so many people who don't really care about cars as much as we do. But they know a good looking car when they see it. This might get them to buy a TL.
I just felt like having the word "ACURA" was a little much. They can easily figure out it's an Acura if they know it's a TL.

I got rid of the Acura and the TL but kept the Type-S and put the a-spec badge under the Type-S. I know the a-spec badge is in the wrong spot but I put it where I like it. I'll post a picture when I get home from work.

Besides, it's cool to see everyone's personality come out in their cars...it's what makes this kind of thing fun!
