Dealer recommendation in Dallas/Ft. Worth?

Anyone have any dealer "connections" or buddies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area?

I just want someone honest, and hopefully someone I won't have to spend all day dealing with to get the right price. That's usually a fleet manager or new car manager, in my experience.

So, if I can drop your name and get a decent deal, I'd appreciate the tip!

I don't know anyone in Dallas, but I can probably save you enough money to fly from DFW to Denver & you can drive home in your new TL!

email at estone@pikespeak.dealerspace.com
If not, good luck and enjoy your new TL!

Vandergriff Acura in Arlington has been nothing but helpful in the 10th degree with me and my CL. They bent over backwards for me when my tranny went out (Rented my car, gave me updates, repaired car in 3 days.) Excellent service dept. and no hagglers, that I can recall.

I would also agree Vandergriff Acura in Arlington. They have been nothing but helpful/courteous. I would stay away from Macchurhill Acura.

Goodson in Irving has always been very helpful when I've had issues with my TL. My salesman was Sergei and my service rep is Charles.

If you drop off your car when they open, you can almost always get an RSX or TSX loaner.

See this recent thread I posted:

yeah. i live in plano and currently go to David Mcdavid in Plano on plano parkway.. so far i dont have complaints, but theyve pretty much just done basic stuff... (reset ecu to stop check engine light, 2nd gear transmission recall) Who should i go to if i want to address the seat cover issue?? Also, how do i tell if my brakes are warped... if feels weird stopping lately.

Thanks, guys. Mac Churchill is the nearest dealer to me - Goodson in Irving is second closest. I see one "no-no" on Churchill, so maybe I'll try Goodson.

I sure would like to know a name of someone, though ... and preferably a manager. I hate to walk into a dealer cold. You're like raw meat tossed to the dog pack. LOL!

Yeah, go to Goodson and ask for Sergei. Give him my name, Mike Neely, and tell him you met me online. He sold me my TL in Nov 2003 and he knows I visit this forum. I was just in there yesterday and spoke to him about a couple of things. He's not the manager but he definitely knows his shit.

Thanks, Mike. I'll try to look him up next week.
