should the dealer charge me for 3x3 flush to fix my shutter on the tranny if it's still under warranty? Well that is what they did and i have 41k and i had that problem since 31k. They say it's maintaince, that is b/s. Any comments guys.

Did the A3 or B3 (or whichever calls for trans fluid change) service message come on or did you ask for a fluid change? If so, then dealership can call it "maintenance."

If you don't have the message in the MID and didn't ask for the fluid change, but asked to have the shudder issue resolved, the fluid change should have been under the warranty.

That's my untutored input.

I say its bs that they charged you. Not your fault these transmissions suck, it should definately be covered under warrenty. FYI I got it done for free at 80k miles.

Yeah i know that is how i feel, like they got that money for nothing, no i didn't ask for oil change, no the service light didn't come on and i called the headquarters in Torrance for refund and the manager there was a duchebag and he is telling me that it is maint to change the oil but it was a fix on their half to solve a "problem", the last option on their half was to change the tranny.
