Dealer Quality Ratings?
Anyone that can tell me how to locate Dealer Quality information? Also, any Chicago area folks that care to comment on their dealer experience?
I am forced to buy my TL about 2 1/2 hours away from home (no local dealer any longer) and I am trying to finalize my transaction with one of two dealers. Quality information (particularly service quality) might be the tie-breaker.
To date, the buying experience has been frustrating (if I have one more email or call unreturned I am going to hurt someone with a tire iron.) But, I don't give a damn as long as they are taking care of customers after the sale.

Give us the dealers and some of us if we've dealt with them will give you input.
