Dealer over pricing??
Man I just called my dealer in Houston, TX to see how much it would cost to put on a a-spec lip kit for my 07 TL-S, and they told me total of 6 hrs of labor at $105.00/hr!!!! 
Over $600.00 to put on a lip kit!!!! What a rip off. I guess iI'll have to it myself.

Dealer always overprice. It's the nature of the game.
Look for an independent body shop who can do it for you for a lot less of better yet do it yourself and save a lot of money.
I'm sure there's a lot of DIY instructions here in Azine or on the internet.
