dealer incentives?
Are there any dealer incentives going on right now for the 04 models? If so do you think I can get below invoice?

i dont think there are any incentives for the 04 because the 05 are in or well soon... good luck finding a 04 model

In the NY area, I doubt you can find any 04 NAVIs. There may be a few 04 non NAVIs scattered around and you should be able to get them for around $30K which is below invoice.
