crazy i told my mother and she was like really no wonder those f***ers didnt call me on the car arrival.. and now she wants to go get our deposit back and head to another dealer and try to get it for the same price... i put an order out since the end of decemeber its now february wheres my car? if i go this weekend to get my money back i will try to take pics of the missing headlights for you guys...

Open Road is horrible.. had to go up to Montclair Acura to get the deal on mine. If you need warranty work... speak with Joe at Acura of Ocean.. he is great.

 

i originally live in the bronx but i recently moved to toms river new jersey.. and besides acura of ocean open road is the next closest... i bought a tsx from open road and they seem to be great but when i came back for the tl the customer service wasnt that great as the first time... 2months and no call about how the tl is... called them twice and they said the delivery is coming next week.. next week comes the tl aint there... im sick of it time to get my money back and go elsewhere...

 

goto princeton acura they are the best if you need service or anything i get great loaners and the service is awesome

 

this is the conclusion that i have come to: open road acura is on the bottom of the list for customer service in new jersey.

why didnt i do more research before i bought the car...i wouldnt even give them any business if i found out before hand

and if the service manager jeffery yatzko is reading this thread...you might want to rethink the way you treat customers. you might want to get rid of that snotty attitude of yours and stop lying to the customers
